NOTICE

Prior permission required before each landing and take-off. Contact Bill Coe, by phone 386-804-2323 or email [email protected]. If you do not have specific permission for each landing you are trespassing and will be subject to criminal prosecution, FAA violations and aircraft seizure. It took a lot of time, effort, and money to make this airport. In granting operational approval, Volusia County has put several restrictions on the operation of this runway. Among them was that this would be an occasional use / infrequently used runway. If you use this runway without my specific authorization or fail to follow all rules and procedures outlined here you are jeopardizing my ability to continue to operate Coe Field. I will do everything legally possible to protect the right to operate Coe field.

Runway may have ruts, holes, muddy areas soft areas, debris, ant mounds, manure, equipment, animals, people, vehicles, and other hazards on it. There is a herd of cows free roaming the area and they often graze on the runway. On occassion, there are individuals with permission to fly Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) at the airport, maintaining flights under 400ft per 14 CFR Part 107. The runway is under construction and there are concrete blocks within 5 ft of the center line. Currently, only the north half is landable. Use at your own risk. By using this runway you assume all responsibility for death, injury, and property damage as a result of your use of this runway.
